(DOTHAN, Ala.) On May 6, 2026, Dothan Police School Resource Officers were notified by school staff of an inappropriate relationship between a school employee and a student who was under the age of 18. The employee, identified as Raymon Antwoine Blackmon (21) of Dothan, engaged in an inappropriate sexual relationship with a student while employed by Dothan City Schools.
Blackmon has been charged with one count of School Employee Engaging in Sex Act with a Student. Blackmon was booked in the Houston County Jail with a bond of $30,000. The investigation remains ongoing.
