Members of the crash team, patrol and juvenile division are on scene to further investigate in accordance with our policies and will work closely together. Further charges may be pending.

We would like to remind our citizens to observe all aspects of the law regarding seat belts, passenger occupancy, and requirements of drivers on Alabama roadways.

We would like to thank the Dothan Fire Department for top-notch services on this call. While police communicated with parents and began the preliminary investigation DFD triaged and treated 13 patients. We are thankful for the dynamic partnership, training and practice public safety demonstrates as one to work through situations such as this.
