You may come by the Dothan Police Department at the below address and request a copy of your crash report. When you come in through the front door, the Records Division is located to the immediate left. Accident reports are $15 each. We accept cash, check, or credit card. There is a 1.6% convenience fee when using a credit card. Please provide the case number located on the green slip the officer provided to you.
